Property Management

Property Management is a comprehensive and flexible database facility. This module enables you to record, analyse and report on all property-related information, including property costs, maintenance and repairs, rents payable and receivable and sales areas.

The information stored can directly relate to the individual requirements of any organisation. Flexible interfacing facilities provide for the extraction of data from external systems and the posting of financial information to general ledger and accounts payable or receivable systems. Enquiry and reporting facilities are user-definable.
